A healthcare provider in Washington is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join their team on an ongoing basis.

** Schedule:**

• 1 day/week ongoing, flexibility in scheduled days

  • No call requirements

** Practice Setting:**

• Support from an onsite MA, remote MA, and care coordinator

  • Average of 15 PPD

• Patient panel consists of young adults to geriatrics; primarily a geriatric population

** Cases and Procedures:**

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including acute care management (coughs, colds, injuries), chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension), and preventive care (physicals, vaccinations)

  • Suturing, laceration repair, incision and drainage, in-grown toenail removal, and injections are a plus

** Travel and Lodging:**

• Mileage is covered
