Quick Facts

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with phone call only every 3rd week
• Outpatient clinic seeing 15 - 16 patients per day
• Board-certified, board-eligible, or experienced GPs/ACNs welcome
• Minimum 1 year of managed care experience required
• Strong Medicare Advantage background preferred
• Bilingual in Creole highly preferred
