Monday-Friday 8-5

Work Details:

· Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MA

· Patients per shift: 18

· Patient population/age: Mix of peds/adults

· Department description: Family Medicine

· EMR: Epic

​

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient

​

Requirements:

· Board Certification: BC preferred; BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)

· License required: Active CA License

· Minimum experience required: 3 years

· DEA: Yes

· Certifications required: BLS

​

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

​
