Local Team Collaboration:
- At AdventHealth Central Texas, our well-established team consists of 8 physicians and 2 APPs.
Qualifications:
- We accept both acute care nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Practice in the Heart of the Community
Flexible Scheduling:
- 7 days on, 7 days off.
- 9 am-9 pm swing shifts.
- Admissions and cross coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Our hospital is organized into five units: two medical-surgical units, one progressive care unit, one cardiac/step-down care unit, and one intensive care unit (ICU). The ICU is staffed with a dedicated critical care physician with tele-ICU capabilities.
- Support level 3 trauma center, stroke center, and comprehensive cardiac center, our facility provides specialized care.
- Handling new admissions from 9 am-6:30 pm and cross coverage from 6:30 pm-9 pm.
