This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Current shifts needed for PRN coverage are June 27, July 2, 3, 9, 17, 23.
• Setting: Surgery center
• Types of cases: Orthopedics
• Credentialing time: 1 week
• Requirements: Board certification, active Indiana license
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined
