• Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends
• Value-based care model with 20 - 25 patients per day
• Board-certified internal medicine or family practice physician
• Outpatient-only practice with 90/10 Medicare/Commercial mix
• Group practice setting with established patient base
• EMR system: eClinicalWorks for streamlined documentation
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required
