Seeking a Locums Cardiovascular Surgical APP in IL

• Oct start - ongoing assignment

• seeking 6 shifts per month

• 24 hour call coverage from 7a-7a

• Must have Cardiovascular experience OR General Surgical Experience with Endovascular Vein Harvesting for CABG

• No in-house requirement for the call

• Team suspects provider to be called in for mostly late night / early evening surgeries from the day vs. coming in at night

• middle of the night calls would be limited

• Avg admits while on call: 1

• EMR: Epic

• 90 day creds - Oct start

• travel and lodging expenses covered
