West Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology and the WVU Cancer Institute, are actively recruiting a Medical Director, Hematologist/Oncologist to lead our growing practice at Uniontown Hospital part of our WVU Medicine academic health system.

Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalent) and be eligible to obtain state medical license. Candidates must have 2 years of practice experience as well as have completed an accredited internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology or oncology fellowship and be board certified/eligible in oncology at the time of appointment. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials. Responsibilities will include providing excellent patient care as well as teaching medical students, internal medicine residents and hem/onc fellows.
