Penn State Health is seeking Advanced Practice Providers for our Critical Care - General Surgery Department located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. 

  • This APP will work in collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals in the Inpatient setting.
  • Rounding on the floors and ICU, performing bedside procedures.
  • Conducting ER consults and responding to Trauma alerts. 
  • First Assisting in the Operating Room.
  • No Outpatient clinic work is expected - only hospital.

What we’re seeking:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant Program or baccalaureate or higher degree program that meets licensure requirements in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • OR Master's Degree in a Critical Care or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program with a minimum of one-year CRNP experience and three (3) years critical care experience as a staff nurse and National Certification as an advanced practice nurse.
  • Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
