StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $324.97 - $324.95

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours per week; Call required--2 weeknights per week, 2 weekend shifts per
• Job Setting: Hospital
• Types of Cases: All cases except transplants and pediatrics, including CV
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Board Certification, Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Active DEA, and Active Illinois License required.
