Primary Care Physician Needed 1 Day Per Week In the Beautiful Southwest Ohio

A clinic in Ohio is seeking a Family Practice Physician to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment:

Dates:

September through December 30th

Schedule:

Wednesday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch

Setting:

Outpatient

Call:

no call

Volume:

2-4 patients per hour (depending on the type of patient visit)

Ages: Full Lifecycle (however if you have a particular age range focus the client will consider rearranging patient schedules to accommodate)

Preventive Care

• Sick Visits
• Well Visits
• Immunizations
• Physicals
• Lifestyle and Nutrition Education
• Chronic Illness Management
• Vision and Hearing Screenings
• Basic GYN services
• Referrals
• Prescription and Medication Management

Pediatrics:

Routine wellness visits and evaluation of your child's medical, developmental, and social health

• Urgent sick visits and treatment of acute illness
• Management of chronic health problems such as asthma, allergies, and diabetes
• Immunizations
• Hearing and Vision Screenings
• Sports Physicals
• Referrals to specialists when needed

Support Staff: Medical Assistant, and Office Staff

EMR/Charting: E-clinical works

Requirements:

Boards: Board Certified

Certifications: BLS; DEA
