      • Healthcare facility in Alabama looking for an Emergency Medicine physician to provide ER coverage

      Schedule:

      • 12hr hour shifts, mostly nights.
      • Around 3-6 shifts per month available, sporadic shifts
      • Start this October (estimated 60-90 day credentialing, faster for clean background)

      Assignment:

      • Volume: 35.5k annual ER visits, estimated 105 patients per day. Volume split with APC's.
      • Support staff: Mid-levels, OB, Peds, Surgery, Ortho, APC's, GI, etc
      • EMR: Meditech Expanse
      • Cases/Procedures: Will need to be comfortable with all general ER cases + moderate sedation
      • No trauma designation, 18 beds total

      Requirements :

      • Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine
      • Active AL license + state ACLS, BLS, DEA, PALS, CSC

      Travel/Lodging;

      • Rental car, flight, and lodging are fully covered!
