Hackensack Meridian Health seeks a fellowship trained, BC/BE Physiatrist. The successful candidate will assist in the development of an interdisciplinary pain management program within the Institute of Pain & Palliative Medicine and lead such program with the assistance of the Chair & Vice-Chair of the Institute. The responsibilities to include management of inpatient and outpatient Chronic Pain management services. You will possess a working knowledge of different types of rehabilitation treatments and programs for different disabilities, your pain management skills should include multimodal treatment plans including the use of medications, interventions and integrative-based therapies as appropriate.

 

Position Requirements:

 

·         MD or DO degree

·         4 to 7 years internship and residency training, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

·         Completion of 1 or 2 year Pain Medicine Fellowship

·         Successful completion of the USMLE or the COMLEX-USA

·         Certification by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)
