  • Base salary: $245,000 – Year 1; $250,000 – Year 2 + production incentives
  • Sign-on bonus: $100,000
  • Loan Repayment $300,000 at $20,000 per year
  • Loan Repayment through MN State – HPSA approved site
  • 75-100 deliveries – 4000 ER visits
  • 4-day work week – 18-24 patients/day
  • 1:6 back-up call – stipend pay
  • Join 5 APP’s and 5 Physicians
  • Average hospital census 6-7
  • Nursing home – option to do Geriatric Care
  • 25 vacation days
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • Comprehensive benefits include: CME, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability, medical malpractice insurance and retirement plans
  • Requirements: Physician with MD/DO degree – Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with valid medical license
