    Work Details:

    · Support staff: Yes

    · Patients per shift: 10-15

    · Department description: Position will cover a hem/onc focused patient panel including patients with CLL, lymphoma, acute leukemias, MDS, and benign hematology. Center performs autologous stem cell transplant and CAR T cell therapy, so experience with this is preferred. Chemotherapy is administered in outpatient setting in a centralized treatment center by infusion. Research / clinical trials a critical component of practice so experience within this sort of structure preferred.

    · Trauma Level 1 Facility

    · EMR: Epic

    · Bed in department: 10-15

    Requirements:

    · Board Certification: Yes

    · Active WA License or IMLC

    · Fellowship: Preferred

    Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
