AMOpportunities (AMO) is partnering with Board-Certified Pediatricians in the Chicagoland area to host medical trainees for hands-on clinical rotations. As a preceptor, you'll have the flexibility to design a program that fits seamlessly into your practice while earning weekly stipends for your mentorship.

We work directly with accredited MD, DO, IMG, PA, and nursing school programs, providing full administrative support so you can focus on teaching—not paperwork.

Preceptor Responsibilities:

• Supervise medical trainees for 36+ hours per week in an outpatient or hybrid setting.
• Facilitate hands-on learning through patient interactions, case discussions, and didactic teaching.
• Ensure timely completion of school-required evaluations, forms, and documentation.
• Collaborate with AMO and the student's school to uphold professional standards and program requirements.
• Customize the rotation to fit seamlessly into your practice’s workflow and availability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pediatrician, Physician Associate, or Nurse Practitioner in Illinois.
• Board-Certified or PA-C status in Pediatrics.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation:

💰 Medical Students: $300/week per student

💰 Physician Associate Students: $200/week per student

💰 Nursing & Other Trainees: Hourly compensation available
