      • Diagnostic mammograms/ultrasound= 20-25
      • Procedures stereotactic/ ultrasound-guided/ MRI-guided =4-5
      • Breast MRI =2-4
      • Screening mammograms 20-25
      • Department description: Mammo Department
      • Special procedures: Stereotactic and ultrasound/MRI guided biopsies
      • Skills required: MQSA certified
      • Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center- Clinic/Private
      • Practice Requirements:
      • Board Certification: Yes
      • State license required: Yes
      • DEA: Yes – could maybe do without if needed
      • Certifications required: MQSA certification
      • Credentialing Timeframe: 1 week – outpatient practice so will not need hospital privs
