Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time equivalent (182.5 days/year) with a structured block schedule (7 days on/7 days off). 1-3 year contract.

Where flexibility meets stability. Block scheduling gives you predictable time on and true time off

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Inpatient consults
• Outpatient cardiology clinic (minimal)
• 24/7 General and STEMI call during block schedule

Diagnostic & Interpretive Duties:

• Diagnostic LHC/RHC – Coronary angiography
• Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR)
• Echo Reads
• Instantaneous wave-free ratio (iFR)
• IVUS
• Nuclear cardiology studies
• Supervise or interpret stress testing

Procedures:

• Cardioversion
• Cardiac Cath – Diagnostic/PC
• IABP
• Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
• Temporary Pacemakers
• Pacemaker Implants (preferred but not required)
• Peripheral Intervention (preferred but not required)

Collaborative Environment: Work closely with APPs, PCPs, and Hospitalists

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology
• 50 PCI’s/year over the last 24 months
• IMLC State – Licensure facilitation provided
