Schedule: Full-Time
Start Bonus: $5,000

Base salary: $325,000 for 144 night shifts

Sign-on bonus: $50,000

Seniority bonus (7+ years post-residency experience): $10,560

Relocation assistance (if applicable): Up to $10,000

Productivity incentives: 2.5% Quality Metric bonus annually

$4,000 CME allowance

Malpractice coverage with tail

Additional Preferences
* Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Hospitalist experience preferred).
* Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state medical licensure and DEA registration.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
