Primary Care - Chicago - Oak Park

Join a busy and thriving primary care practice in Chicago, Illinois. This position is 100% outpatient. Due to an upcoming retirement, the incoming physician will ramp up quickly.

• Outpatient only - 36 clinic hours per week
• 24/7 Nurse triage support
