Physician - Palliative Medicine - Lagrange, GA

Overview:

Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Physician that is Board Certified or Board Eligible in Palliative Medicine to join our inpatient team at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center located in LaGrange, Georgia. The physicians schedule will be rotating; 7 days on, 7 days off.

Physician is responsible for inpatient palliative consults and care plans.

Qualifications:

Required Minimum Education

• A MD or DO
• Applicants must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Georgia
• Applicants must have completed the necessary Residency & Fellowship training requisite for their given specialty and be Certified or qualified for Certifications by their respective specialty Board

Required Minimum Experience

• Previous practice experience in a Palliative Medicine Fellowship Training Program

Required Minimum Skills

• It is expected that applicants will possess skills commensurate with their given specialty.
• Applicants will be expected to show proof of competency for clinical skills applied for.
