Pay Rate: $227.95 - $246.75

This facility is seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 8 hours (4 hours in clinic and 4 hours of ED and inpatient consults)

· Practice Setting: Inpatient, outpatient

· Types of Cases: Endoscopy or Laryngoscopy in clinic

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support

(BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Controlled Substances Registration (CSR)

· Licensure Required: Must have a Massachusetts License in hand, must be Board Certified
