Midtown Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7:00am - 3:00pm (M-F) 3:00pm - 5:00pm (M-F) 5:00pm - 7:00pm (M-F) 7:00pm -7:00 am (M-F) Sat/Sun 7:00a-5:00p Sat/Sun 5:00p-7:00a In House Call Northside Schedule: Mon-Fri; 7:00am - 7:00pm (M-F) 7:00pm -7:00 am (M-F) Call Sat/Sun 7:00a-7:00a Call On call: see shifts above Cases at Northside: GI, ENT, Gen Surg, Gyn, Neuro, Ophth, Maxillo, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Vascular, Pain, Thoracic/Rad Onc, OB, Endo, Peds Cases at Midtown: Bariatric, Gen Surg, Neuro, Gen Ortho, Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, Peds

Need active GA state license, will accept IMLC Credentialing Timeframe: Approx 90 days EMR: EPIC All expenses are covered
