Quick Facts

• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, No call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• Approximately 16 - 18 patients per day, must see from children to adults
• Provider will work in primary care department which would include walk-in clinic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
