Schedule: Mon- Fri- 8 hour days, call *Dates of Coverage: Starting in November and ongoing *Practice Setting: Office clinic, procedures, and hospital rounding *Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2

*Cred time: 60-90 days *EMR: EPIC *Patient Age Demographic: Adult

1. Active OH license- willing to license- Active IMLC accepted
