Cardiology PA Locums – North Carolina, No Call

Flexible ICU schedule in North Carolina with no call, 12-hour shifts, and procedures; Cardiovascular ICU experience preferred.

Highlights

• No call required; all shift-based work
• Rotating day, night, and weekend options
• 84 hours every 2 weeks; you pick your weeks

Practice Setting

• Inpatient CVICU at a leading heart institute
• 16-bed cardiovascular ICU
• Team includes 5 intensivists and 6 advanced practice providers
• EPIC EMR

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: 6:30a-7p and 6:30p-7a
• 1-2 weeks per month needed
• Day, night, and weekend blocks available

Cases and Procedures

• Patient assessment, diagnostics, and treatment plans
• Routine procedures: arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, pacing wires
• Comprehensive cardiovascular critical care

Requirements

• Certified PA
• Cardiovascular ICU preferred
• Active North Carolina license
• ACLS, BLS, DEA required

Travel Accommodations
