This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Scheduled clinic hours and call
• Outpatient and Inpatient Setting
• Required Procedures include Upper endoscopy, biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeders, injection of varices, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy, Lower endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and Colonoscopy.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support certifications (BLS) , Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Louisiana State Medical License
