This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:00a-6:00p
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Standard Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 14-60 Days Dependent upon turnaround of documents
• Must have an active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Must have an active Washington state license
