Full-Time or Part-Time Obstetrician/Gynecologist

The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center is proud to offer a full range of general OB/GYN services to our patients. Our providers are affiliated with Weill Cornell School of Medicine, the New York Presbyterian (NYP) Hospital System and the Mount Sinai Health System. Our obstetrical deliveries are done at NYP-Lower Manhattan Hospital (NYPLM) or NYP-Queens (NYPQ). Our providers perform a full range of surgical procedures including complicated laparoscopic hysterectomies and pelvic reconstruction. Excellent surgical support and referral networks are available.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care on-site
- Provide consultations to other specialists at the health center
- Participate in on-call rotation with our group of physicians & midwifes
- Provide care only to our patients at our affiliated hospital
- Opportunities to participate in student teaching and quality assurance
- Flexible work schedule (3-4 days per week, weekend optional)
- Rotational call schedule at our affiliated hospitals - NYPLM or NYPQ (1 call per week)
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Unrestricted license to practice in New York State
- Board eligible or certified in OB/GYN
- Ability to perform obstetrical deliveries including Cesarean sections
- Meet general hospital requirements to obtain clinical privileges
Compensation and Benefits (for Full-Time Employment):
- Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per year and productivity-based incentive pay
- Employer-paid malpractice coverage through FTCA
