Urgent Care Pediatrician (FT/PT/Per Diem)

Now Hiring Pediatricians for Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN for Pediatrix Primary + Urgent care Responsibilities We are seeking dedicated Pediatricians to join our Urgent Care team in Houston, Texas. As an Urgent Care Pediatrician, you will provide high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our young patients.

• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in pediatric patients
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and screenings
• Prescribe and administer appropriate medications and treatments
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

• BC/BE Pediatrics
• Active TX license preferred or in-process
• Prior experience in urgent care or emergency medicine is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
