    · Special procedures: Benign hematology preferred

    · Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required

    Practice Setting:

    • Hospital • Infusion Center • Outpatient

    Requirements: ***Acute Leukemia Experience**** · Board Certification Required WILL LICENSE · DEA: Required · Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days
