East Pierce Addiction Medicine Fellowship is seeking a 1.0 FTE, board eligible/board certified in Addiction Medicine and AOBFP or ABFP physician with academic skills needed for our fellowship program. This position is full-time. Part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest, minutes from Commencement Bay on Puget Sound, only an hour’s drive from the Cascade Mountains and two hours from the Olympic Rainforest and ocean beaches.

Experience Profile: • Board certified/Board eligible by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine • Board certified/Board eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment • Position is a 1.0 FTE •Possess Buprenorphine waiver • Demonstrate experience and competency in teaching and patient care including obstetrics • Hospital call required • Three years of family practice experience is preferred • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
