With physicians employed through St. Peter’s Health Partners, this role offers the opportunity to lead within a not-for-profit environment, community-focused culture of Ellis Medicine. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitalist passionate about quality, collaboration, and program development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the physician and Advanced Practice (AP) hospitalist team
    • Oversee and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the hospital setting
    • Implement evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes
    • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance hospital performance
    • Participate in hospital-wide strategic initiatives to improve quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
    • Balance 50% clinical duties and 50% administrative responsibilities

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Total base compensation of $300k+ including productivity pay
