This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated 4th-Year Internal Medicine Chief Resident to join an innovative, clinician-led team within the Ascension Milwaukee Hospitals network. This unique hybrid role seamlessly blends inpatient and outpatient care, dedicated faculty time, and research to help champion a newly launched Internal Medicine Residency Program.

Additional Preferences
* Education & Track: Must be entering or currently in their 4th year of an Internal Medicine residency training program, tracking toward a Chief Resident appointment.
* Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state medical licensure, DEA registration, and appropriate academic/clinical faculty credentials.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership and organizational skills are non-negotiable; prior teaching experience or a demonstrated passion for entering the GME space is highly preferred.

What minimum requirements you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
