About Arizona Urology Specialists
Arizona Urology Specialists (“AUS”), an affiliate of United Urology Group, is the premier urology practice in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale and Mesa, AZ. The practice currently supports 24 urologists, 1 pathologist, 2 radiation oncologists and 14 advanced practice providers (“APPs”) in the Phoenix metro market. The practice also has 17 urologists in Tucson.
In 2024, the practice and its physicians are actively seeking three to four full-time urologists in an effort to continue its expansion into new markets and replace two retirees. United considers the opportunity in the Phoenix-metro to be extremely compelling as a result of (a) the practice’s accelerated path to partnership depending on experience, (b) physician compensation potential.

Compensation Details
$450-550k
The expectation is that all new physicians join the organization as an associate (employed) physician. The path to partnership is generally two years, but has been accelerated in select situations. When partnership is reached, the new physician is eligible to participate in partner-level compensation, which is inclusive of compensation derived from the cancer centers, pathology lab and ASCs.
