Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- Academic experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
**Practice in the Heart of the Community**
Scheduling:
- If full-time, your schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off.
- The hours are 7 am to 7 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- The hospital has a closed ICU with Sound Physicians’ intensivists24/7.All procedures are performed by the intensivist team and interventional radiology.
- We perform rounds, admissions, and discharges as well as multidisciplinary rounds, table rounds, and teach Einstein Montgomery family medicine, internal medicine, and transitional year residents. When possible, we do geographic rounding.
- Our hospitalist team is part of the rapid response and code team, and we’re all certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. The residents will manage rapid responses and codes with your supervision until the intensivist arrives.
- Our team meets monthly to relay key information from administration, discuss group operations, and for general feedback.
- We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
- We use Cerner with Dragon and have access to our own internal informatics platform.
