Envision Physician Services is searching for Board Certified/Board Eligible Hospitalists for Wyandot Memorial Hospital in Upper Sandusky, OH.­ We will consider Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians for this position. Job Details:

• Current unrestricted Ohio state medical license and DEA
• Current ACLS, BLS
• 7 on 7 off, block scheduling
• Respiratory available 24/7/365
• Open ICU, 6 beds

Facility Information:

Wyandot Memorial Hospital is a general medical and surgical facility with an annual ED volume of 7,900. The hospital provides services for Upper Sandusky, Ohio and in 2017 was recognized and provided with the Healthgrades award for Patient Safety Excellence. Wyandot Memorial Hospital utilizes EPIC for their EMR, and the medical office building and hospital recently underwent a renovation project resulting in a redesign of 22,000 SF to existing facilities and additions totaling 43,500 SF on three floors.
