- Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, assisting with interviewing potential candidates and attending monthly leadership meetings.
- The schedule is ideal for those who desire an alternative work schedule and who do not wish to conform to a traditional five-day work week. The schedule is equitable and flexible, with ample time off.
- Additional shifts, which are paid at a premium rate, are also available.
Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise providers with respect to administrative functions including productivity, patient satisfaction, professional behavior, compliance with medical records and other administrative duties, etc.
- Responsible for onboarding and on-going teaching and support for providers at assigned site.
- Act as liaison between OnDemand Medicine division and OptumCare leadership and site providers.
- Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, assisting with interviewing potential candidates and attending monthly leadership meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- An unrestricted DEA and Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- 3+ years of experience working as a Physician in an urgent care or emergency setting
- Experience in a leadership or administrative role
- Comfortable and experienced in treating high acuity patients (i.e. CHF, atrial fibrillation, chest pain, etc.)
- Ability to cover at other facilities if needed
Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $261,065 to $363,960 annually. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
