Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist (MD, DO) to assist with an ongoing coverage need in Flagstaff, AZ. Please review the details below.

• Board-Certified in Anesthesiology (MD, DO)
• EMR-Cerner
• Locums do not Medically direct CRNA's
• Hospital bed size 11 ORs in Main Hospital, and 2 in Ambulatory Center.
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
• Travel expenses, airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered.
• Malpractice insurance will be provided.
• Paid weekly direct deposit
