Lead the Opening of our Outpatient Primary Care Office in St. Petersburg, FL

Conviva Senior Primary Care is opening our newest location in St. Petersburg, and we are looking for a dynamic IM/FP/Geriatrics Physician to lead the opening of our new Geriatric Primary Care center.

About the role:

• Monday-Friday, 8-5 Hours in an Outpatient Setting
• See 12-15 patients per day under a value-based care model
• Team-based model with daily huddles
• Full support staff including care coaches, MAs and APPs
• eCW EMR system

Benefits:

• Base salary plus 20% quality incentive pay, for total earnings up to $300,000

Requirements:

• BC/BE
• Florida Licensure
• Experience with geriatric primary care
