This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 8 hour shifts - 7:00am-3:00pm
• Job Setting: 4,545 cases annually. 607 deliveries
• Types of Cases: General, gynecology/obstetrics (GYN/OB), orthopedic, plastics, podiatry and urology. No cardiac or Neurology
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Board Certified
• Active Arizona license
