• Facility: OBL with Ultrasound Imaging

• Procedures Required: Embolization Procedures will be the Focus with Support for ESRD and PAD as

needed.

• Schedule: M-F, 8a – 5p. Varies by Schedule of Patients. Physicians usually done with Patient Care by 4p

• Call Schedule: No Call Requirement for IR

• Perm Compensation: $500,000 - $600,000 Dependent on Experience

• Full Health and Welfare Package, 4-6 Weeks PTO, 6 Holidays off and 3 Floating Holidays a year, Bonus: Retain 20% of Collection After Hitting Target Collection Amount, $5,000 CME Stipend/ year, Equity Available after 2 Years with Good Standing, 401k Available after 1 Year of Employment.
