Qualification:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting.

**Practice in the Heart of the Community**

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm).
  • 1:6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key.

Compensation Details

Compensation and Benefits: * Compensation: * Guaranteed salary of $285,000, which includes a quality bonus and call pay. * Commencement bonus of $60,000 * Chief Stipend of $15,000 * Benefits: * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability coverage. * 401k with matching contributions. * Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage. * Generous nine weeks of paid time off annually. * Annual CME allowance.
