* Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm or 5:00pm - 9:00am
* Setting: Outpatient
* Types of Cases: General Pulmonary Disease cases
* Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
* Active California license required
* Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
