Asst. Program Dir. Family Medicine Residency

Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Program director for its ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Program. The Family Medicine Residency includes 18 residents and 9 full-time faculty plus 5 part-time assistant faculty, offering an excellent training platform for inpatient care, outpatient experience, newborn care, OB, adolescent medicine and sports medicine, resident and student education.

Innovative Training:

• Emphasis on education and training- including strong acdemic curriculum.
• Emphasis on community oureach - State-of-the art mobile outpaient unit.
• Academic focus with nationally recognized faculty - all fculty have clinical appointments at The Ohio State University, the Ohio University College of Medicine, Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.
• Pratice Management "Real World" Training - Our Practice Management curriculum is a rigorous two year comprehensive training program consisting of lecture, individual and group projects and hands-on activities.

The successful candidate must be board-certified in Family Medicine (MD/DO) and have teaching experience, or private practice experience and leadership skills.
