Endocrinology Inpatient/Outpatient Northern Virginia | Licensing Available

Shift Details: Monday-Friday Schedule: M-F, 8a-4:30p. Last Patient at 4pm to catch up on admin. Weekend Call Shifts available Inpatient call weeks available, start Friday and end Thursday evening - can leave after patients are seen during call week. Work Details: · Support staff: Dedicated RN for locum, Appointment coordinator · Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time · Patients per day: 15-18. 20 min follow ups, 40 min new patient · Patient population/age: Adult only · Department description: 6 Endocrinologists to group, all have designated RN’s and appointment coordinator. No APP’s. Need help due to upcoming Maternity leave and MD moving out of state. · EMR: Epic · Special procedures: 80% Diabetes, some thyroid and osteoporosis. No pituitary surgeries or adrenal surgeries. DK is managed in ICU. · Diabetic Educators are about 10 minutes away and are very responsive. VA License preferred, licensing is available as needed
