Practice Details:
- FQHC with in-house lab, pharmacy, behavioral health, dentistry, and food pantry

- Support staff includes Medical Assistants for each provider
- Approximately 2 patients per hour
** Schedule:**

Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional late nights until 7 PM
- Potential for a 4-day workweek
- 20% allocated for administrative tasks
** Compensation and Benefits:**
- Guaranteed base salary of $220K+
- Potential for additional $10,000 per year based on productivity and quality metrics

** Requirements:**
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
