CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Physician to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team at our Nashville, TN clinic.

• Low Patient Volume (12 per day)

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
• Holds a current, unrestricted DEA license
• Ideally has 2-5 years of applicable experience
• Is Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Has experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients, with an understanding of Best Practice in a coordinated care environment
• Knows Medicare guidelines, coverage, and HEDIS quality indicators.
