  • Seeking a General, Diagnostic Radiologist to work in our expanding Tele-Radiology Division at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Department of Radiology. This position covers mostly STAT/Emergency room cases for many of our hospitals throughout our world class health system. Enjoy reading exams from the comfort of your own home without having to sacrifice your sleep or family time! Must possess MD or equivalent, be BC or BE with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license.

    Opportunity Details

    • Covers mostly STAT/ED cases
    • You will interpret predominantly Xray, CT, MRI and Ultrasound
    • Occasional nuclear medicine, if you are able.
    • No mammography
    • Ability to see all levels of acuity
    • Flexible scheduling
    • Hours range from 7am-11pm with no overnight shifts
    • Minimum of 15, 8-hour shifts per month
    • New PAC system
    • Remote workstation provided
    • Support of on-site specialists
    • Join a group of 18 in the Tele-Radiology department
    • Supported by the collaborative team of Reading Room Assistants to enhance workflow efficiency
