Ochsner Health System and the Department of Urology is seeking a leader to serve as Section Head of Urologic Oncology. The successful candidate will be a board-certified, subspecialty-trained academic surgeon who possesses proven leadership ability and has a strong background in education and research.

The Ochsner Clinic for Urologic Oncology (CUO) is in the Gayle and Tom Benson Center at the Ochsner Medical Center and serves as the academic hub and tertiary referral center for our Health System. The CUO and the Cancer Center are in the midst of an aggressive expansion. The expanded CUO consists of 21 exam rooms, 4 procedural suites and our clinical research team. Candidates must be board certified and have completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology.

The Section Head will provide leadership, direction and coordination of clinical, academic and research endeavors in Urologic Oncology.

The successful candidate for Section Head Urologic Oncology will be a respected Urologist with a track record of excellence in clinical care, research, and education. We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate to qualifications.
